Mr. Tarik is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) under the CBV Institute, Canada. His practice is varied-pure valuation, litigation support, M&A support, fair value reporting, etc. He is an accredited expert in International Valuation Standards (IVS) from iiBV, USA and CBV Institute, Canada.
Being an expert in IFRS, he frequently advises clients in the field of complex financial instruments, deferred tax, revenue, leases, and others.
His expertise includes assessing the existing control environment of an entity under a prevailing structure, evaluating its effectiveness, and advising on improving internal control through benchmarking or best practices.

Mr. Tarik has considerable expertise in articulating business plans, taking into account the micro- and macroeconomic situation, local and global market scenarios, rivalry from competitors, opportunities ahead, and other influential factors that are relevant.
