Tajikistan (2011) - Audit of Micro credit operation of National Bank of Tajikistan funded by Islamic Development Bank (IDB): HVC conducted an audit in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) that covered the microfinance project run by NBT. The assessment covered all receipts and application of funds from IDB, visited to the field office, reviewed of all credit application and assessed the expenditure with the actual project.

Tajikistan (2011) – Special Purpose Audit: Tajikistan received several loans and grants from Asian Development Bank (ADB) for financing the long term development projects implemented by various ministries of Tajikistan. HVC’s responsibility was to conduct an audit in accordance with ISA’s and the guidelines for the financial governance and management of investment projects financed by ADB and express an option, whether, the special purpose financial statements of the project presents fairly in all material respects as at 31 December 2010.

Thailand (2010) - Training Workshop: HVC team arranged and conducted the training workshop on Financial Management for NGOs in collaboration with East West University, Thailand. The workshop was held in the city of Bangkok funded by USAID.

Tajikistan (2009) – Training on Tax Officials of Tajikistan: Involved as Capacity Building Consultant in Tax Service Capacity Strengthening Project of Republic of Tajikistan funded by World Bank. The assignment was carried out in two phases in Dushanbe, Tajikistan in association with Tax Committee by way of providing training to the high Tax Officials of Tajikistan – Training of Trainers (ToT).

Tanzania and Uganda (2008) - Development of financial procedural and Human Resources manuals: BRAC International, incorporated in the Netherland to look after BRAC Africa activities. The assignment was carried out at Dares Salaam and including field visits to Zanzibar province and area offices in Tanzania. The assessment was also carried out at Kampala and that also included field visits to area offices in Uganda.

Afghanistan (2005) - Development of financial procedural manuals for BRAC Afghanistan: HVC was engaged to evaluate the existing Chart of Accounts and conducted an extensive study and prepared an accounting manual for Accounts and Finance of BRAC- Afghanistan in line with the requirements of IAS. The assignments was carried out in Kabul and in outreach provincial  area offices.
